Price changes
EVI reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. *At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, EVI Ski AS reserves the rights to cancel the order -notifications will be given.
Change of product assortment
EVI reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Colors on your computer screen are not always 100 % accurate.

If you are under the age of 18, your parents’ or guardian’s consent is required to make purchases in this webshop.
Damage during transportation
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as this is uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery.
Exchanges and refunds are issued providing that the product has not been used and is not damaged. Please see the detailed information regarding returns below.

Shopping, shipping and customs
In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA and Mastercard only. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL).For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions. Prices are stated in EURO.
EU Countries: EVI is registered (NO 997666135), and operate out of Norway, under Norwegian law. Norway is outside of the European Union (EU), hence we have a customs barrier when shipping products to international consumers. Please observe that all international orders may be subject to an additional fee for customs and sales tax (local exceptions may apply).
SHIPPING
We will ship your order as soon as we have produced your skis. The production time can depend a bit on the complexity of your ski, but with most orders shipment should happen within a few days after we have confirmed the payment of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

In Norway we have partnered with Bring Logistics (Posten). They can virtually deliver to any location in the country. If you have your Bring tracking number you can track your package here:

We ship to EU countries using UPS road service. Normal delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on how remote you live (also see overview below).

Below is an overview of tentative lead times for shipping our web shop orders, estimated from time of dispatch from Oppdal, Norway. Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).

Tracking your shipment
You will receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your local pick up destination.
RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a partial refund (since EVI products are tailormade for each consumer, we will subtract our production cost for making your skis) on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For our warranty info, please see below.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. We always seek to use the most suited materials, technology and production methods. EVI Ski AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If an EVI product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below. The Warranty Process:
• Before returning any product, you must contact EVI by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
• Arrange and pay shipping the product to EVI. We will ship back to you free of charge!
• Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Important note: Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact EVI if you have any questions.

The EVI privacy statement is designed to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. We respect your privacy. Any personal information that you provide is used for the purpose of giving you the best possible information. In our feedback form and digital catalog form, we ask you to give us certain contact information, which is needed to send/reply to the information you requested. We also ask for other information, much of which is optional. Please don’t tell us things you don’t want us to know. EVI uses this information to better understand its consumer base in order to provide superior service.
Non-disclosure to third parties
Unless we have your expressed consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes without your expressed consent. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of your personal information.

EVI will only send you e-mails if you ask for more information. We might also use your e-mail address to confirm your order/request and to respond to any inquiries you make online. We will not pester you if you don’t ask for more information!

If you are under 18, you may use our webshop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
