The cores in EVi skis are made from full length assorted wood that is pressed to the shape of the skis as seen from above. The block is mirrored around it’s center axis, making the core 100% symmetrical and the pair identical. One pair of cores are made from the same three ash- and poplar planks.

Composites
We put lot of effort in making the best fibre reinforced composite prepregs possible. All glass and carbon fibre materials are oriented an impregnated to our own specifiation in our composite workshop.
Graphics
The graphics are fused in to the top sheet with a techniqe best compared to tattooing, it penetrates the material and bonds to the polymer molecules.
