This is our biggest ski, and probably the best pure powder touring skis ever produced. The Slate is a very light weight floater with carbon construction. It is the essence of the combined development of several earlier models of similarily shaped skis: the Concrete and the Asphalt in particular.
The 58SLATE is constructed with a high angle of attack combined with a long radius. This makes the skis a lot more floaty and turnable than the radius indicates, these skis are shockingly easy to manouvre in tight and deep situations. Expand your terrain with more floatation and better glide in deep snow.
